Read on for the full report...

World number seven Trump, who won his first ranking title at the China Open in 2011, found himself 3-1 down half way through the afternoon, before finishing strongly with top runs of 90 and 59 to lead fellow Englishman Walden 5-3 at the end of the first session.

In the evening, it started off slowly but Trump won the first three frames, before knocking in a 69 break in the 12th to pull 9-3 ahead. Walden finally got his fourth frame on the board with a 64 break, but it was to late for the former International Championship champion as Trump finished with a cool 59 run to seal victory, 10-4.

This win, Trump's third ranking title in China and fifth overall, will give him a huge boost of confidence ahead of the World Snooker Championship at the Crucible, which starts on April 16. The draw for the qualifiers in Ponds Forge, Sheffield, has been made, click here to view it.
