Here is the draw for Event 2 of the Players Tour Championship (PTC2) at the South West Snooker Academy, Gloucester which runs from August 6-10. Top ties include Jamie Cope taking on Belgian star Luca Brecel, Ding Junhui v Daniel Wells and a possible 2nd round meeting of Ronnie O'Sullivan and Stephen Hendry.

PTC1 champion Ronnie O'Sullivan is eagerly anticipating competing in World Snooker's PTC Event Two at the South West Snooker Academy in Gloucester from 8-10 August 2011. The event will also feature most of the top professionals including John Higgins, Judd Trump and Neil Robertson.
The qualifying draw and results for this year's inaugural Australian Goldfields Open ranking event at the Star Academy, Sheffield. The event runs from the 18th-22nd of June and the 16 players to make it through will reach the televised stages in Bendigo, Australia next month.
'The Rocket' Ronnie O'Sullivan has won the first pro event of the season and his first event to carry ranking points since he took the 2009 Shanghai Masters title by beating 'Gentleman' Joe Perry 4-0 in the final of PTC1 at the Star Academy, Sheffield.

Today it was announced by World Snooker that the format for the matches at the UK Championship and it's qualfiiers would be reduced. All qualifying matches at the South West Snooker Academy and up to and including the quarter finals at the Barbican, York will be best of 11 frames with the semi's at 17 and the final at 19 frames.
